Shipping policy

  • Custom-made and personalized items require 7-14 business days for production before shipping. Ready-made items in stock are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays.
    • Finland: 2-5 business days via Posti/Matkahuolto
    • European Union: 5-10 business days
    • Outside EU: 10-20 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping is available for orders over €130 within Finland.
  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

  • For orders over €200, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your package. The courier will request identification and a signature from the recipient or an authorized person at the delivery address.

    All shipments include proof of delivery tracking. Once your order is delivered, the tracking system will be updated with:

    • Delivery date and time
    • Recipient name (if signed for)
    • Delivery location confirmation
